I broke my frame on my YFZ 450 and I am getting a new one on warrenty and want to paint it. Can anyone who has pictures of theyre painted frames please send them. or give some good ideas

Why don't you powdercoat it? I was going to paint my R frame but got a pc job for free. I've seen some painted frames, they look ok but don't seem to hold up as well as pc or look as good imo. I'm not sure what they used to paint the frames I saw, there's probably some really good stuff but I saw didn't seem that nice. What are you going to be painting with? If you do do it it would be cool to see pictures...Later

If you paint it use plenty of clear coat or it will chip and scratch too easy.

ya my bad... i meant i was going to powdercoat it. whats the best frame coler that goes with blue plastic?

There are a lot of colors you could do that would go could with blue I think. You could do something different and do yellow, or you can do white, black, silver. It all depends on what you like...Later
