needle?

My 300ex has a 124 dynojet in it. Dynojet recomended a 118. Both of these sizes made my plug white. Where I ride I am usually at 3/4 and sometimes full throttle. Should I adjust my needle one clip or go up in my jet even more. 1500ft above sea level, FMF powercore 4, K&N Filter.

If it's white, and you usually run at 3/4 to full throttle, you need to increase your mainjet size more. I'm not extremely familiar with the 300ex's, but that I beleive shoud ddo the trick.
