baldwin is probably the best place for peps...


just be ready for a long wait... don't expect to get pep soon bc of the waiting list they have...

can u get peps faster directly from pep than baldwin? or is the wait the same between the 2?

I think Baldwin might be a tad faster but both are always busy.
