Removed Choke

HI All, took the Choke off my 400EX and put in a 42 pilot jet. No problems any more with cold starts. When I put everything back together I re-set the air/fuel screw to 2 1/2 turns out. Seems as though the motor seems to bog "Flat" a little bit at 0-1/4 throttle....any sugesstions..Maybe turning the air-fuel screw in a little to lean it a bit to compensate for the bigger pilot??

try 2 turns out on the mixture screw:)
