i ride behind my house mostly when i cant get newhere but when i do i go out to pendalton. i gotta 250ex nuthin like u got but its great thru the trails hopefully this sumer ill have my 450r

I live in lockport. Just moved here from the city(BUF) I ride at the LOCKS. Some pretty sweet trails there. We should all get together and go riding!

My brother-in-law and I will go too if thats OK. When the snow finally melts. Next week its supposed to be warm (60's) I heard that theres a atv park in depew. I read about it on atvsource.com. Hey overkillkfx400 where do you live in lockport. Thats where I live now!

Harescramble race this sunday, June 6 in Alexander NY (near Darien Lake) @ the Steam Show grounds on Gillate Rd. see www.WNYOA.net website for details & info. Quads start @ 1:30pm. Come race or come watch - WNY needs to support our sport!!:D
rbm, you racing this weekend? if so what class. i'll be racing vet a. number 52 if i sign for the year, if not i'll have a day number.
has anyone heard anything about a new trail system in ramsonville? its supposed to be 100+ miles of trails, and run through/by trail pass.

Yep, planning on racing sunday at Alexander. Its the closest one for me of them all, only 10-15min. from home, i hit this one and Canaseraga and sometimes another one but tough with a family, church, and races on sunday to get to more than that. Would like to find some that run on sat. even though would mean a longer drive to Pa. or wherever. Take the camper and be home Sat. nite. Even better if the kids could race their 90 in a H/S. I still race C class, (only in my mind am I a Vet A rider) :p I'm #511 this year. Have you seen the new wnyoa website? Much need improvement, i think. And about ransomville, no, I had'nt heard anything about that and will def. have to check on it, I usually try and keep informed about things like that.

have you looked into racing at miles mountain mx. it in elkland, pa. about a hour south of hornell, ny. they have a couple xc races on sat. this year. i'll see ya sunday.

Yep, Miles Mtn. is one thats on the radar screen, and some other D6 races. Also thinking of trying an mx race, Freedom had a D4 race on a sat. back a month ago or so but it did'nt work into my sched. then. I'd really like to practice first at a mx track, but its really hard to find a track that will allow quads to practice. Apparently an insurance issue for the tracks, or so they say. Can get coverage for a quad race or bike practice, but not quad practice. Again, means a 2hr. drive to Miles Mtn. or Mapleshade. Oh well.........

Very good, placed 7th in C1 and 49th overall. 4laps. It was a good day, nice course and nothing broke:D I'm there to have fun and ride and if I do well, thats a plus. I'm reminded of my age and stock suspension the next day..........Looks like you did really well! What did you think of it?
i thought the course was good. little bit of everything. only thing i didn't like was the two water holes with no alternative lines. once two quads got stuck at the same time the trail was blocked. and all you could do was get in there with them and throw their quads out of the way. i was staying dry until then! but overall i had a blast. first time this year i've had a chance to ride, so no matter how i did i was happy. can't wait for the next race i can goto. you plan on racing any more this year?

Yea, there should have been an altern. line around that big souphole from the start, you could only hurry up and wait, and was'nt till the last 2laps that they detoured around it. The one that had the little uphill after it was only a problem for me on the first lap when it became a bottleneck, I tried to go to the right around it on the hill and shouldn't have, took longer to get outta that than if I would have waited. I liked the tight woods especially. Hope to make 2-3more. Canaseraga, and Wayne Co. or Palmyra, maybe another. Miles Mtn. H/S may work out too. Hope to have Works or Elkas on the front next time though.:macho
