Digital Camcorders

Hey, my riding buddies and I want to start making videos, so I've been looking for a Digital camcorder. I have two camcorders to pick from, the Sony DCR-TRV250 Handycam Digital-8 Digital Camcorder, or the JVC GR-DV800US Digital Camcorder. Would any of you know which one I should go with? Any help would be appreciated!;)

I would definitley go for the JVC. Although it costs more, it will be worth it. The quality will be much better than the Sony also because the Sony records on 8mm tapes and the JVC records on DV tapes (Digital Video). I just purchased a digital camcorder about a month ago and they are great it is even better when you edit the video. Hope I have been a help.
