WOW!! What a weekend! The buggy races were fun but watching buggies for 4 hours got boring after a while. I think they are considering running for 2 hours now. Here's the pics from the buggy races...

The quad races today went pretty good I thought. Something happened w/ Jeff and he was running the wolverine. Not sure how he finished. In the B class Jess Hamner got 1st, my dad got 10th (he had to change his front spocket), and Steve (1rancher) got 7th. In the sport class I got 3rd, and Bradley got 1st. Not sure how everyone else finished but that was jsut everyone that we went with. Here are the pics from today...

Also everyone missed Jeff Stoess sport/utility display. I hope somebody got a pic of Jeff busting out the doubles on his wolverine. :eek2: I wished I could have seen that.

Also congrats to the rest of the Kentucky Rider Race crew. Everyone come home with money except for me. I guess I shouldn't have stopped but the Predator didn't want to go anymore with it rounded off sprocket.

Well Brad, you can pet the cow all you want but be careful of the bull with the big horns coming after you!!

Pappy, I am glad you got my back.

Besides Lil is grounded till she is 23 anyway so don't even think about asking her out.

wscotthougland, the course had a good mixture of tight woods, some open and some mx. Some of the woods were so tight my predator front end would barely make it through and the back end had to bump through. The only thing is that the coarse cut back on itself quite a bit and by the end of the race there was a lot of people cutting off these cut backs. This was there first race there. We talked to the owners some and mentioned that there needs to be more spotters along the coarse. But overall it was a fun coarse.

Thank you everyone! I must say I did have fun. Alot of people helped me out through the day and I was so nervous that I forgot to say thanks. So for anyone that helped me (I know Jeff and Bradley did) Thank you!!!!!

Now daddy... you can't go changing it to 23!! You already said 18! lol and even tho you didn't get money I thought that you did great considering that you had to stop!

So did ANYONE get pics of Jeff jumping that wolverine? I wanna see that 2!

Now you all... quit picking on Bradley!

It felt good to be racing again. I haven't raced since Halloween, so it was nice to get that adrenalin rush again. Winning my class helped out a lot too. :D It was my first win. Good job to everybody else too, especialy Lil Braff.

The way it looks right now we might have a scoreing system for the next race they are trying to get in contact with several people about them and they are not as expensive as I though they would have been and it will all be done on computer.

Don't use the transponder system like the ones that Stoney Lonesome and Saddleback uses, it doesn't work very well at all!

ranger400ex, I am riding down with Brad this weekend. I don't think his little truck will hold anymore weight than that of his blaster and my predator. Check with 1rancher. he is leaving friday about noon.
