anyone run a aftermarket carb on their 300?

what are power gains etc,it is worth the money?looking into buyin one after im done wit all my suspension goodies,jus want some feedback

i have seen quite a few people run stock 400ex carbs on their 300's. you should gain some mid to top end power with a bigger carb. also, you can probably pick one of these up for $100 used.

i know about that mod,i don't want to do it,im looking for bottom end to mid range increase in power for xc
