dual stock oil coolers?

I did a search and cam up with only 2 threads bout it so is it worth it? does it really lower temp that much? My internals are stock so far but i am building a 416 and do ride at the dunes when the sand temp is 120+. Is it worth it for the extra colling, is there any power difference? How much more oil do you need?
