How much could I get for these parts?

I'm looking for some help from you guys. I'm planning on selling some of my used 400EX spare parts, but don't know how much I would be able to get out of them. All are in good to great shape. Hopefully you all can help me out. Here's what I'm thinking of selling:

*gusseted 2000 400EX frame- $
*Walsh +1 swingarm- $
*stock axle (perfect)- $
*red handlebar plastic- $
*stock 400EX rear shock- $
*2000 400EX motor (stock bore, 11:1 Wiseco piston/rings, XR400 cam, Barnett Dirt Digger clutch)- $
*stock 400EX carb- $
*400EX taillight- $
*stock bumper- $
*stock heelgaurds- $

I'll check out ebay. Maybe I can get some sort of idea. Think I'd have any problem getting about $2,000 for all these parts?

From that list the only real money makers u got there is the frame,Motor, and swingarm. You won't get crap for the stock parts....well the carb may get ya some money.....

I know I can't get a lot of money for the stock parts.:( Anyway, what do you think an around-about figure would be on this bunch of parts?

I'd say if you got yerself AT least 1600$ you should be happy. maybe 400 for the frame i its in great condition and like 500 tops for the motor. IF its in good condition. 400 would be nice for the swingarm. I think you would be better if u sold the quad whole. You probably could try to get around 3000 for it. Also I'm basing that price on around where i live. Prices may be diffrent by u.

Thanks for the input. I figured that I could get more than that for the motor. I've seen them listed in the classifieds on here for around $800-1200 depending on what you have.

If I put my EX back together, I wouldn't have a complete bike. I'd be lacking: (4) wheels/tires, bearing carrier, chain, plastics, handlebars, a-arms, front shocks, oil tank.

I was wondering would I come out better buying the needed parts used, then completing & selling the 400EX, OR parting out my partial bike?

I think you could probly get at least 3g for it. Just gotta find the right person.

My whole point in this is to find out which would render more profit. I'm guessing that I'd probably have to buy about $500-750? in used parts to have a complete running 400EX. Then, if I sell it for $3000, I'd be making around $2250-2500 profit. I was wondering if I could get close to that by parting out my stock parts.

Also, I've got DG alloy nerfs, and a Sparks X-6 ceramic coated full system. What could I get from these? If included on the 400EX, would it increase selling price much, or would I just be better parting those parts out and running stock on the EX?:confused: Thanks.
