Click on the picture to make it big, When it opens in the new window right click on it go to properties and copy the url in the box. Then when you reply hit the img tag a box will open and you paste the url in there and when you reply it will show up.

No right click on the picture, click on properties and then copy and paste the address in the box.

The address should look something like this http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid95/p92a3b66dd7b720e76114670405667fdd/fa2c7e4a.jpg

Edit : the address is longer than that the board shortens it up.
