Hi guys,
I am getting an fmf exhaust with a k&n and im gonna do the 4 1inch holes on the airbox lid mod. I'm at about 0-150 ft above sea level. I was thinking about a 158 mj, 42 pilot, and stock needle position. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THIS! IS IT TOO RICH? PLEASE PLEASE ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!! thank you sooo much.

Peas out.

I have an FMF powercore IV with Uni air filter, 4 - 1" holes in air box lid, jetted at 155 main 38stock pilot and stock needle setting. This is working great for me my spark plug looks great and she runs strong. I dont really have any problem getting it started but if you do you might want to go with a 40 or 42 pilot.

Seems like no one likes to answer these anymore because each bikes a little different and people are tired of getting flamed.
So here goes- (1) thank you for spelling out the mods and elevation you are at. (2) I'm not an expert. (3) you are talking about Keihen jets? not dynojet, etc. (4) I think your right in the ballpark, pick up a 155 and a 160 since you can take tem back if you don't use them. A 40 or 42 pilot will probably be just right and move the clip on the needle down one notch from where it currently is. Then go out and let her rip, you will like it! :D

Thanks TRFOXX and 2slow! Thank you for the great reply 2slow. Yes i will be getting keihn jets and i guess i'll be getting a 155, 158, and a 160 mj. and a 40 and 42 pilot and i'll try moving the clip down on the needle. Thanks once again and any other replies are appriciated.
