i made the a-arms 2 inches forward so it doesnt wheelie all the time

it only took me 2 weeks to make motor mounts, make a pipe work, and a radiator. I used a TRX250r pipe with a CR250 silencer, and a kawasaki radiator. its pretty easy, but I had to reinforce all the motor mounts to keep it from cracking, especially the head mount

i paid $1000 for the motor, $100 for the radiator, $50 for the pipe, about 1 month after i finished it, the motor locked up , the piston exploded into 100 pieces and cracked the cases. I had to pay $700 to get a new piston, new crank, and cases. Now i have over $13,000 into it

looks like it'd rip... is it one of the new electronic cr250 motors... those are BADARSE!

i used 3/4 molly for the upper arms, and 1 inch molly for the lower arms. i bent them like the gibsons on a tube bender. its a 01 CR motor
