just curious what you guys think that have the sparks full system, i have the full sparks system and hrc kit for mine but i havent got any seat time with the pipe yet. its at the dealers getting jetted. how do you think the sparks pipe performs............

It's well built and looks good. The combo of the filter and pipe do give a little more power (seat of the pants dyno). The only drawback is it is loud! Most people like the sound I just wish they had a quiter version. I'm sure you will be happy with it.

I have a non hrc 450r with the sparks pipe and filter and it made a pretty big difference. Its being loud is not really a concern where I ride.

finally got the pipe and jetting done, took it up and down the block its crazy fast and super loud with the sparks pipe.. it has awesome power from the bottom all the way through,

all you have on it upgrade wise is a sparks pipe? if so...what jetting?

hrc kit, 190 main jet, idel screw adjusted and adjusted the needle

Sparks has a jet kit that you can get for like 38 dollars. Comes with new needle (same as hrc kit needle) set it on the middle clip. 52 pilot jet, 190 main jet. You also might want to turn the black knob all the way to the left then go 4 turns to the right.(only if needed) hope this helps.

I have the same thing with the sparks pipe, and filter kit on a non hrc bike. I love it. The bogging down sound that it makes is non existant anymore in the dunes because of the gain in the low end. I spanked my freinds raptor (yosh exh, pro flow) with ease. I also bent over several lightly modded banshees. It was great. :D

No problem. I get my jet kit today so if I very anything from the instructions I will let you know. I have been running just the 190 main with the pipe and sparks filter with the lid off but the bottom seems a little lean.

Some modded 400ex's and some modded z400's but none of them were ever even close. My buddy has a yfz but every time I ask him to ride he says that something is messed up on his quad. I think he's just scared!
