I was talking to ESR and they told me they built and sold 10 full pro series exhausts for the 450r. I'm on the waiting list for one. He said probabally a couple weeks. $540 for the full system, includes ceramic header and all billet hardware with your choice of andonized colors. He also said that they build them right in there store, and that they dynoed a stock 450r, the stock made 34.5 hp at the wheels. Then they put on a full pro series exhaust jetted it, HRC cam and a filter and it made 42.? what do u think guys should i do the same?

I REALLY LIKE the ESR stuff. Its a lot of money to fork over if you ask me but If I ......... WHEN I get my 450r It will more than likely have a ESR pipe on it.

Sparks told me 9hp with pipe, cam, and filter which would put you to 45hp! They don't BS either, they are known to make some of the fastest 2/4strokes in the business....this is why it takes sooo long to get work done by them!

Why did Sparks build Farr's bike? What happened to Mark Baldwin? Are you sure?

Does ESR have a 4 stroke website? I didn't see their stuff on ESR250.com.

Are there any pix floating around of their shorty silencer on a full system?

esr hasn't updated their website for a long, long time! Best way to see their system is one of the ads in the mags. It looks similar to the their yfz one comes with red, black, blue end caps on the silencer.

Sparks is one of the best four stroke builders. He built fast four strokes before 2s years ago. Thats why Honda chose sparks to build Farrs bike. Baldwin tunes and keeps everything going.

If you talk to ESR talk to Robert he is a really good guy. I have the ESR pipe on my YFZ and love it. Great looks, sound and performance.

I know that over Prez weekend there was a 450R at Dumont that ESR had put some time into and I will say it ran very nicely.
