400ex Top End Rebuild

Well I am rebuilding the top end in my 400ex...Anyone know like aprox. how many hours it takes to take it apart/install piston/rings, and then to put it back togetherer?

From the time that you start to take the plastic off till it is put back on is about 4 hrs. It will be faster if you have done it before and more if it is your first time and you don't have the right tools or parts and how many beer breaks you take.
