What oil do i need for my 450R????

I dont have my manual with me at the time....what kinda of oil does the manual say to use?

Use GN4 in the engine until it is broke in then you can switch to HP4 or HP4M wich is a semisynthetic or you can just stick with GN4 if you like. In the tranny run HP Trans fluid.
