Broken DMC dilemma

My lower DMC exhaust mount is broken for the second time. The first time was under warranty. They sent me a new pipe section that the mount is on. They will probably charge me this time. The second one broke after only two trips.The pipe is cracking where the weld is for the mount. I don't know if I should just buy a new pipe, or fix it sell it and buy a new pipe, or fix it and chance that this will happen again:grr: . I wouldn't expect this from a $479.00 pipe. My friends have the older version and have had no problems with theirs.

does the dmc have 2 rear mounting tabs or just one? I've found that when there is only 1 that the clamp where the exhaust and header come together usually isnt stong enough to keep the exhaust from wiggling around

my dad has fabricated me a bracket to hold the exhaust close to where the header goes into the muffler...I'll have to get some pictures for you
