does it have the old waterpump seals in it? so i can run it?

i wouldnt run it, water will contaminate the oil or vice versa...could contaminate anyway. ill rush ship this little package right to you tomarrow. i feel terrible i forgot to send them. i didnt wanna get them crushed by the engine....so i was going to put them in a box inside the big box and must have forgot.
