86 350x motor

i have a like new 350x motor..has a brand new head(cam,rockers,valves,etc.) the bottom end was all went thru..its cut to fit in a 300ex/250x frame..have the conversion pipe and wiring to go with it..will also throw in a 400ex carb..the motor is all stock...make an offer..consider trades
