Getting new tires tomorrow

Hey I just bought a 00 400EX and I need some new rear tires. The fronts are almost 100% new stock ohtsus but the back tires are like slicks. I trail ride only and I think I have settled on the Kenda Gnarly's. My question is, what size should I go with? i have 20x10-9's now and I am thinking of going with those again, but the guy at the local bike shop said alot of people put 22'" tires on the rear for more ground clearance. I am afraid that with a taller sidewall I will lose some ability to slide the back end around at will and the sidewall with flex too much. Have you all had any experience with moving from 20's to 22's? Any pros and cons on each one?

:cool: go with 22s or you will kill your skid plate . the kenda patern alone will let you slide nice just keep the air about 5-7psi and ride hard without wory:devil:
