need a 13T sprocket heard that CRF spockets are the same is that true?Also qre 400EX rear the same?

A CRF sprocket is a 13 tooth.

Yep.

400EX rear sprocket

CRF 450 Front

Chain is also same length as a Stock 400EX 94 Links

Just picked up my new 450R last friday and have apent the last three days riding but i'm wondering if anyone is having problems with the gearing on theirs. mine is doing great in open high speed stuff. but as soon has i get to some technical hills and trails i spend alot of time start and stoping or just pounding the clutch system. has anyone one had better luck with theirs? does regearing make them more user friendly

pretty sure a cr250 front sprocket 88-01 is the same.

Drop to the 13T on the front. It will make a huge difference, it's not a fix all depending on the types of trails that you ride, but it will help considerably.
