what part of carb need adjustment

ok i got my carb almost dialed in. At least i think so. The only problem i seem to have is when i let of the throttle, it seems like it take a few seconds for the idle to come down. I already went up ione size on the pilot jet. and my needle clip is down one notch. Can it be the fuel/air screw? any help is appreciated

How's your throttle cable? You might need to lube or replace it if it's worn and causing you throttle to stick.
