i have the HMF full and it awesome. you hit the rev limiter alot faster.

Show me a dyno that the HMF by itself gains 7hp, and I'll buy it tommorow! In my past experiences Sparks has always had one of the best exhaust, not always the quietest, but usally one of the best. I never heard anything great before about HMF, but if they do make 7hp, they'll gain my respect.

Not bad, not bad at all!! Well sparks has claimed max 5hp, i think 3 at the bottom 5 at the mid and maybe 4 at top. This HMF looks much better. I officially have another pipe I may buy. Does anyone know how loud the HMF is...i was hoping to go with the sparks quiet core, does hmf make one, or is the normal one quiet enough?

Is the HMF can really large or just looks like it in that picture??

its way smaller then the stock pipe. they also make an eliptical pipe and all kinds of colors. and yes they make a quit core.

I like the fact that you can remove the quiet core when you want to, this looks pretty good. How do you guys like your HMF pipes???

The dyno runs on the HMF look really funny. Looks like the usable power band is getting really small. All bottom end.

the dyno graph looked good to me, it took me a bit to figure out, that you had to match a red curve with the blue curve, and not the blue with the blue.

Would it not be better to use a pipe like Sparks or LRD if was going to cam bike also? Atleast those companies testing them together. I am a noob just curious :)

Good question, I'm wondering the same thing myself!

I talked to someone today at HMF, it seem to be that they worked on this pipe with Mark Baldwin (Tim Farr's crew chief or something), which makes me think that this pipe will rip. So far it seems to be tops in my book for now. I'm still going to wait till all the pipe shootouts are done, and all the competition has their pipes done, so that i can buy the best one for me!
