Need Help! What Pilot To Run With A 440?

I know stock is a 40. But I just but my 440 kit in and its harder to start then it was before. It is jetted to 160 main jet and runs great but starting is crappy. What size pilot should I get? I hear 42 and 45 all the time. Which one is better? Will a dealer carry these? I live in NY and the temp can be 25 or 85. Thanks y'all and the sooner the better because my dad is going to the dealer tomarrow.

oh yeah, I am keeping the choke on the carb too.

The stock pilot is a 38. Put in a 45 pilot/slow jet. I think you'll need a 175 main jet w/the needle raised 1 notch if you don't have an airbox lid or if it's got lots of holes in it. At least that's what mine likes.
