I fouled a plug the other day then when i was trying to change the plug the top of the plug broke off in the spark plug wire and i tried to get it out unsucessfully. ANd ended up breacking the whole damn thing. I was wondering if i can just use an auto motive car style spark plug cap ( the part that attatches the plug to the wire) on my 300ex. Also does anyone have the number on a chanpion plug for a 300ex? I think they gave me the wrong plug for my wheeler. Any help would be great.
Thanks

You can buy just the plug boot that connects to the plug.Ive seen some that just screws onto your coil wire. They run just a few dollars.Good luck

Factory is best, but you can also buy aftermarket. NGK has a bunch of different styles to choose from.
