250x 12 tooth sprocket ?

I am looking for more torque .Can I install a 12 tooth front sprocket with any problems ? I think I read that 12 tooth sprocket is too small and wears sprockets & chains too quick .

what gearing are you running now? Also who did your motor?

I would be afraid of that ... chain would be turning over to fast... spend a couple bucks more and go with a larger rear....

i have a 12 tooth and havent had problems wearing chains. i like it better for the tight trails and wheelies are really easy now
