stiffen stock suspension

i cant figure out how to tighten my stock suspension. i know u have to turn that lil collar thing but can some 1 help me:confused:

If its a 300 ex there are two little holes on each side of the shocks,put some sort (screw driver)of pine in the holes and turn right or left depending on how you want to set your suspension.If
its a 400ex theres a special wrench and there are to treaded washers with some notches,one of the washers are like a lock nut so unscrew the lock nut and unscruw the other washer.Either screw or unscrew the washer depending on how you want your suspension set.:D
