Is the slide switch in the center to run? Is the gas turned on? Is your teather in place if you have one? The headlight might work on a very weak battery. Charge it up all they way. You can always try bump starting or jumping it.

I had the same problem with my 300. I charged the battery and the light would come on but it would not turn over. My dad (an electrician) said he would try a new battery because it doesn't take much juice to run the headlight. So I bought a new battery and it has run fine every scince.

move your reverse lever up and down a few times mine says its neutral sometimes but the reverse lever is up just enough to keep it from starting

Is the green neutral light go on when its in neutral?
Thake off the rear plastick and seat and shimmy a skrewdriver in the solenoid. It's the first thing hooked up to the wire from the batery. I had the same problem on my quad.
