engine shipment

what would be the best way to ship an engine, i went to ups and they said they wouldnt take it, i dont know what to do.

weigh it through it in a crate and tell them its somthing else.:p

go to walmart and buy a rubbermaid tub. put ur engine in it along with sumtin to keep it from rollin around. Zip tie and tape the top and ur set.

but what do i send it through? fed ex?

Yup, just like jingle said-Walmart tub (a good one). I wrapped mine in an old blanket, and stuffed it in, taped the crap out of it, and off to Procircuit it went- UPS.

Just make sure you put fragile tags on it. I have seen them get busted by the UPS man throwing them around. Make sure you wrap it up good and put something in the bottom of the tub to take some impact.
But yes UPS will ship them. Normally for around $70.00.
