There seems to be an abundance of threads about starters and batteries lately, so I'll add to it.
I'll fully admit, I'm too lazy to search the internet. Where do I get a new battery for a 400EX?

also check with Pappy , I've read where he know's a # for a streetbike battery that's the same size but more amperage:D

I JUST got mine today @ a local battery shop called Pacific Power they sell EVERY kind of battery you could ever want. Paid $40 for it brought it home put the electrolytes in it charged it for 3 hrs & that WAS the problem hehehe;)

Get ahold of pappy. He has higher amp batteries that will crank over your 400 with ease.
walmart has them but they suck and auto parts stores are ok. Best bet is prolly rockymountain.
Here's the part number for the higher cca battery that Pappy recommends.... CYT12-ABS

Yea a battery for a CBR900rr works great.
