exhaust question

The other day i broke the 3 bolts off that holds in the baffle in the stock exhaust.I drilled them out and re tapped them.I have tried to get all the shavings out of the exhaust by running water thru it,and shaking it.(off the quad ofcourse).Also by putting a little magnet inside and shaking it.My question is,will there be a chance of any missed shavings sucking back into the motor?I know they wont blow out because i am putting the baffle back in.I plan on riding tomarrow finally since alot of the snow is melting.Its my first real ride since i bought the quad about a month ago.(other than playing on the roads)So while im stoked about riding,i also dont want to hurt anything.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
