I already did a search, and didn't come up with much, so...
Can you use Viton's Valve Seals even though you don't have a high-lift cam that requires them? And where can I get a set? Thanks
Kenny

Yes and C&D. Doesn't get easier than that!

You're thinking of valve guides. You use shorter guides (metal piece) with a higher lift cam on some engines to keep your rockers from bottoming out. Valve seals , on the other hand, are the little rubber boots that sit on top of the guide and keep oil from leaking down the valve stem and into the combustion chamber.

Thanks, I already knew the difference, but the reason I sounded confused was because I thought I read somewhere that the Viton's seals were shorter or something. Apparently not! Thanks anyway.
