When i get my 400 pegged in 4th or all through 5th i get this crazy shake in my handlebars. I just put some ITP T-9 wheels and new tires on it. Should i be putting washers on with the lugnuts. A friend of mine said this was the problem.

Do the T-9's have a beveled lug hole like the stock tires?

If yes then no washers. If no then make sure you put the lug nuts on backwards so the flat side is against the rims. Washers are optional and I don't think that would cause vibration.

CHecked the axle and air pressure. No fix a flat or anything. I did put a tie rod on it just a few weeks ago. How do i check the alignment. I can check the toe but don't know how to do the camber. Or when i get the toe right will it put the camber back where it needs to be?

Do you have aftermarket a-arms? Camber is not adjustable on stock a-arms.

Make sure the toe in is correct, nug nuts are installed properly and check the wheel bearings. Put the quad on a stand and try wiggling the wheels, if there is some wiggle then they may need replacing.
