! Upgrading My 400ex !

I just bought another 400EX 2003 brand new from the crate last week because a fckn thieft steal my first one a 8months ago! Now, I'm upgrading this one!
I'd like to have your advices on the mods that I'll list below(let me know what you think and if other parts could be best for racing and trailriding):
-440cc kit (Big bore kit or stroker & big bore?)
-10.8 comp. pistons (JE or Weiseco?)
-WB E-Series R4 complete exhaust system
-WebCam & hardfaced rockers
-K&N filter & jet kit (the power package)
-Maxis RAXR 6-ply tires
Can you tell me plz if I'm ok with 94 octane gas and approx. how much HP will I got from all this...I wanna beat my friend's Raptor!!! :muscle:

with a 10.8:1 u'll be fine with 94 octane but ull be even better with 50/50 mix but either will work. i bet u could beat ur friends raptor if its stock. porting? anything else in ur engine?

a sparks x-6 would be a better bet than the wb r-4:)

Why are you all saying guys that the sparks x6 is so hot? I've hear that the WB e-series or R4 is pretty good too so from what did u compare these 2 ???

thed funny thing is that the kid that suggested a sparks was running a whitebrothers.:eek2: wtf? i dont think that a sparks exhaust is gonna be that much better than another one id rather save the 2-3 hundred and get suimtin else.

...will let you ride faster than any of that crap you just listed. Put money into the suspension first! Especially if you plan on racing.

hmm obviously he doesnt like his wb that much :o

sparks is top notch in my opinion, but I would definetly do suspension before motor work

And when I bought that wb e-series, I did not know that it was a piece of *****. all 3 of the supporting brackets broke, and so did the lower bracket that bolts onto the frame. Definitly NOT worth the $290 I paid for it......If I had the $ I would buy an x-6 or an HMF;)

my r-4 has been great and i dont think the power gain form a sparks compared to an r-4 can be justified considering the price diffrence.i really dont think i would feel a power diff.just my .02
