Anyone in a Band or play an Instrument?

I was wondering if anyone in here played in a band. If so what do you play and what equipment do you got. OR Does anyone play an Instrument and what do you have.
I play the guitar and I have a ESP KH-203. I would like to start a band with my friend who plays bass and we need a DRUMER badly!!

im in 2 bands

Arapi - I play bass. I use a 2001 platinum warlock 4 string DR Fat beam marcus miller J and P pickups. I use a AMPEG the 110 i beleive it is...

What would you die for - Another band i am in. I am lead singer i use SM58 No pa system :( i use my ampeg amp for now....

I got a song on the computer from what would you die for.. we kinda messed up during the recording but it was during practice its all good... by the way Arapi is hardcore.. and what would you die for is like Hardcore with the emo lyrics;)

Nice setup. I used to play bass also and thats how I basically learned guitar. Hmmm I've never really heard hardcore with emo lyrics but I guess its a good combo :)

like we have 1 song with Very emo lyrics but with the hardcore deep scream and the tunes... and the other song if i sent people the lyrics people would think it would be death but really the lyrics are used in a metaphorical way:p if you guys wanna hear the song just im me on aim ill be more then glad to send it to you guys

I play the drums. Going on 9 years now (off and on). Redwine Pearl Export Series 4 piece. I was in a band for a couple of years but we couldn't work out our schedules since I and our bass player were going away for college. Its still fun to play and listen to our demo tape.

same here i played tumpet for 3 years untill a bus ran over my trumpet .... haha now i play guitar and im doing ok at it

Wow that sucks. How did that manage to happen?? Were you just tired of trumpet and slipped it under the bus wheels ;) Guitar is great I love it!!

umm well we just got back from a contest and i couldnt find my trumpet(we were riding in a charter bus) and uhh i guess somedody put it under the wheels when they were getting thier instrument and uhh when the bus took off i heard crunch:o

I was in it for 4 yrs. I dropped out cuz...I dunno why:confused: I think its jus cuz I didn't like the music we played. But I was in Jr. Jazz band in grades 7-9 and Senior Jazz band in grade 9. I was a junior when I played in the Sr one, but they needed a drummer, and I was like the oldest drummer in the school. And in the junior jazz band in grade 9, I more less taught the new "recuits" some tricks n helped them w/ songs, and I usually played at concerts, coffee houses and contests, but they would get to play a song or 2.

I play guitar, bass and just started drums and play a litte keyboard. I have 3 guitars and a bass. Also a Yamaha electronic drumset we got for $800. I have an LTD EC-100, which is my newest guitar, an LTD M-10, which was my first guitar. Also an acoustic/electric Washburn D100CE. Then I have my bass which is an LTD B-50. I don't know the model name or number of the drumset, it's nice but nothing like playing real drums. I am not in a bad but have had a lot of jams with people and would really love to start one...Later

I also play drums, been playing since i was 7 and i'm now 30. Right now i have a 5pc Tama Rockstar Custom, fusion sizes, iron cobra double bass pedal, Sabian aax cymbals(20"ride, 18", 17"crashes, 12"splash, 14" aa hats, and a 17" Turkish China)cowbell, topped with remo pinstripes and a powerstrokeIII for my snare.:)
