I bought a UM racing airbox and some of their stuff doesn't mount up b/c of crappy designing, so i called them, and got this story about how i should modify it myself to make it work :grr: just seems like bs that you pay $200 for something that you have to modify, and i told them that they should fix it for the future and they just kinda blew me off :mad: not the kinda ppl i like to deal with :mad:

well mainly i wanted to tell others that i am not satisfied with their product or customer service right now, and i probably would have been much happier had they not been dicks about it.

yea, nothing is more aggrevating than running into problems, and then having to deal with crappy customer support. I know the feeling, not with quads, but with many other products.
