Hi, I've been going through my recently purchased used 300ex cleaning up and could use a few torque values if someone could help.
A-arm bushing pivot bolts
Swingarm pivot bolt
Front and Rear shock pivot bolts

Also, is the front sprocket supposed to have some wiggle to it? It wont come off because a plate, but the wiggle seems odd.
Thanks, Mike -

The nuts on the shocks and a-arms are lock nuts and Honda recommends you replace them every time you remove them. But if your like me, just reuse them and put some Loctite on them. You definitely don't want them working loose.

Thanks for the tip Aceman, the jamnuts are still in excellent condition. I think I'm the first to take the A-Arms off the 2000 300ex. It was really babied. Even the swingarm pivot bolt slid right out with easy tapping. It was well greased. I was more concerned about over stressing the bushings by over tightening and cracking them. There is no way these nuts will back-off they go tight.
Thanks,
Mike -
