What kind do you have Now? Is this a Full Chassis or Swingarm Skid Plate?

What ever skid or bumper... PRM is the best in my book. I put an AC (frame skid) on my 400 because it was "convenient" and I pretty much had to re-engineer the dang thing! Never again.

If you ride in the Woods a lot I would get Pro-Tect Skid Plates. They have to be the Best. Bill Ballance runs them on his 250R. I will be getting Pro-Tect next time.

PRM and prtect are the best. I have both. PRM is on my 300ex and the protect is yet to be mounted on my 400ex. I am guessing that the protect will last longer than the prm but it costs about $30 bucks more and wieghs more. Its your choice.

Yeah, I too went through the "DG" madness. Never again!!!! I would hope that any skid plate other than DG would hold up better!!!! I went from a DG to a PRM..... very nice skid plate. I just got myself one of those ProTect stainless steel skid plates.... I know either one of these will hold up alot better than your DG!!
