I need some prices and info on a stroker crank. I was thinking of running a 13:1 JE and maybe a 4mm or 7mm stroked crank. Whatchu guys think? Which would be better in all around power? I don't want to lose any bottom end.

you will not lose any bottom end at all actually that is what you will gain. I think FST is about the only one out there with a 7 mm stoke most of the other companies have a 6 mm stroke for there big motors and 4 mm for the smaller motors. Try FDO they have some pretty good prices on strokers

only problem with stroker cranks is the amount of grinding you have to do in the gear box for clearance, powroll offers a stroker that you dont do any gringing to install..

My guess would be beacuse its a shorter rod?

4.0mm STROKER WITH POWROLL 'TOUGH ROD'

This stroker utilizes our super-strong 'Tough Rod' (with your stock pin and needle assembly). The shorter rod allows you to utilize any 400EX piston kit (piston skirt may need to be shortened) and does not require any case or gear modifications.

4.0mm stroke = 425cc with stock piston, 440cc with 87mm piston, 460cc with 89mm piston.

INCLUDES: New Powroll Rod.
