I was wondering how to get the most power out of a 400ex or totally race ready. A list would be the best and say any product you would like, price isn't an issue

There are way too many directions to go with your engine for "maximum power". Try browsing the site and learn a bit more so you know which direction you want to go.

:devil: E-mail Lrd on prices on a 460ex kit because when I was at the dunes here at the sand drags a 400ex had the kit in it and it was keeping up with Trick Banshees and my dads 686 raptor which is hella fast!

Do you want the most power for dragging, hillshooting and that sort of thing? or just all around play power? go for like a 416 or 426, not a MONSTROUS 460 kit. but hey that's my experience for yah. peace.

PS, get a whole motor kit, not just a bore and piston and sleeve. you'll get better gains out of it.

NOS is the shiz man. I had the chance this past weekend to use it on my buddy's raptor and what a rush :devil: soaring up the fingers out at winchester bay...Now I need it! that or a faster quad. Only get NOS if you have everything else you want on it. My 2 cents y'all. peace.

FST 505 kit on a 400ex, new billit head, Full drag port, real big fcr carb, polished,stronger crank, stronger rod, sparks or HMF full system, K&N clamp on, no airbox. This set up would be JUST for drags, nothing else.-darren

Oh yeah I forgot a Full hinson clutch kit and prolly aftermarket gears if you could find some, and then FST aftermarket oil cooler and tank.-darren
