how do i by pass the need to be in neutral in order to start the machine? do i unplug a whire or splice some together??

You can eliminate this as well as the reverse limiter by grounding the two wires that go in the side of the right side case by your brake pedal.

I didn't do that ,and i can start to engine without being in nuetral and my clutch in??:eek2:

just do what i did,were the two wires go into your start button/light switch.Take that whole thing off and you see two wires,that them two out of there,and cut the insulation around the two wires then just wrap them two wires toghter and use some electrical tape and tape them back toghter.That will make life easier if you have a aftermarket clutch lever;)
