01 raptor rear shock on 300EX

Will a 2001 Raptor rear shock work on my 300EX? I have heard it does and I want to know because if it does I am buying one.

yes i just got mine recently and it works wonders over the stock one,after you install it sit on the quad and bounce up and down on it and you can feel the diffrence....but this stupid weather better be gone already so i can ride:grr:
