I am having problems with keeping my 400ex running, it is backfiring and stuff. any way i am wondering about the air cut off valve on the carbuerator. I took it out and tested it, it said that when a vacuum is applied air should not flow through it. Well in my case air does flow through when the vacuum is applied. I am wondering what this valve does and what purpose it servers when starting or keeping the atv started. Would this cause any major problems in the running of my fourwheeler?
