pappy, is it possible to do flames, would it be hard?

yep its been done. i unfortunatley lack the talent necessary to draw flames:p

when using traditional paint, there is a base coat applied....and when dry the flames are taped off then more color coat is added and finally a clear or top coat. (some painters mask the flames off then shoot the major color of the object)

with pc....you have the variable of heat to deal with. ive read on how the process is done. basically a partial cure, then tape off the flames and apply another color powder ...another partial cure...then remove tape and finsih the cure and then clear coat.

ive dabbled with doing multi color powder jobs. its fun but unfortuatley it is very time consuming.
