I had to reinstall windows xp today....and now that I have everything up and running, when I am surfing the net, and looking at a page(like a exriders thread), when I scroll down its really jumpy, doesn't matter how slow I scroll down. Can someone help me out so it will quit doing this? Thanks -Nick-

Are you using the correct driver for your video card? Also, check your bios chipset drivers and make sure they are installed and working correctly. Check your monitor driver as well. Go to your device manager and check to see that all your hardware is installed and working.
