im involved in cross contry racing and i wasnt to sure if i should get one. looks like they stick out a little bit more then i would want it to.. and there close to the bumper. if i was to hit somthing it could hit the stabiliser. is there anyother method of bolting these on so there not in the front?

Thanks for the pic of the pep stabilizer thats how I was hopin it would be mounted, for the same reasons kaschak mentioned the others look to easy to bend mounted up front.

Yeah nick i heard they do pretty well for xc racing, but i forget which brand has flaws and needs to be rebuilt like once a month?

some loook like there pretty weak..

If your worried about the location of were the stabilizer is mounted then your wasting your time. If you hit somthign hard enough to reach back and damage the stabilizer then your entire front end including your frame is gonna be trashed..:eek2: :eek2:

I've nailed trees and other quads racing XC and my stabilizer is as good as it was 3 years ago when i put it on..:cool: I've been thru 2 front bumpers but the stabilizer is still in good shape..:o

if u got the money buy a w.e.r. they arent that cheap but rocky mountain has good prices on them
