i just picked mine up today.
its really fast stock, but i am going to be adding a pipe jet kit and kn air filter.
i was wondering what the best full exhaust system for it is. most hp and low end gains
thanks

HMF would be a good choice. If you dont plan on doing any motor mods like cams and piston, the slip on would be fine.

Sparks is my first choice but HMF and Yoshi are all great pipes
A 13 tooth front sprocket really helps on a near stock bike

In the exhaust shootout for the LT-Z400 and KFX400 the Pro Circuit won for the best bottom end and it also reached its peak power the quickest. The Ct had the most peak power overall.

that was a crap shoot-out...
no air box mods were done to any of the quads. also, jetting was done as per recommended by the manufacturer on the documentation supplied. if none was supplied, the manufacturer was not called and they guessed on the jet setting.
differing numbers are achievable by every one of those pipes with correct jetting and air box modifications.
fyi - i run a CT Sonic full system with a 160 main/stock pilot and Alba Max Flow filter adapter with a K&N filter.

i have a 400ex but i had a yoshi before my LRD and my yoshi just didnt give me the power that it should have. the LRD brought my motor to life i love it. im just guessing but i would think that it would do the same as a CT or Sparks cuz they are pretty much the same pipe if the CT has a turn down. just my 2 cents

Reinforce the frame to keep it from cracking..
