i am against mandatory helmet laws. but i don't ride without one.

it should be up to the individual whether they choose to wear one or not. cleaning the gene pool of idiots is a good thing.

anyways...VA is the chittiest place i have ever lived in regards to places to ride. so i don't ride in VA that much.

i ride at birch creek motosports all the time...thats the only place i ride because my 400ex aint really set up for trail

Yes, cleaning out idiots is a good thing, but I think the law is also a good thing! Even though your gettin' rid of idiots, it just gives the media more ammo to trash our sport. I watch guys all the time actin' a fool with no helmet on and to me they look like fuggin dumbasses!! I don't pitty deez idiots when they get hurt with no helmet on!:grr:

it can be battled with educating the general populace with informed and intelligent advocacy groups.

help people understand that its the individual's fault, not the vehicle's.

if we, as a responsible group of riders, do not speak out about the positive aspects of our sport, then we are the one's to blame when things start getting taken away from us.
