Valve clearance

How often should i check my valve clearance on my 300ex.

It's probably supposed to be done every 25 hrs or so. Realistically, I probably check mine about every 6 mos. but I don't ride a whole lot. Your not going to ruin anything if you don't check constantly. It will just start to effect engine performance if the clearance gets way off.
